I am so happy that Mary was the realtor that I decided to help me find my first home. I had talked with a couple of other realtors and they did not seem to take me seriously. I somewhat had an idea on how to find the home I was looking for; but, if it were not for Mary, I would have ended-up with something that would have been a money pit and would have ended up costing me more in the long-run.

I wanted a home that I could get at a reasonable price that may need some work and would save me money on my purchase as well as give me projects I could work on and make the home my own.

I told Mary what my goal was and even gave her some addresses to look at. Because of Mary’s knowledge, she pointed out things on the properties that I would not have even been aware of or even thought to ask about. After looking at several properties, and Mary being very patient as she listened and started getting an idea of what would really make me happy, she started looking for properties with certain specifications that she picked up on.

In about three months, we were standing inside what would become my home. It was exactly what I had in mind and more. I even got to purchase the lot next to the house and could possibly put another home on it in the future.

It has been almost a year since I bought my home. I truly am happy with my decision. I am getting to do DYI projects while still living comfortably inside the house.

Mary was always pleasant, professional, and on time. She doesn’t just listen to what you say, she hears what you say. I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home, especially to anyone who is buying his or her first home.
